Vernestine, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?

I started Absoulute Organizing Solutions in 2000 after a lay-off in the IT industry. I decided to start a business. I knew that I enjoyed organizing and planning, but I did not know about professional organizing. A friend gave me an article from a local newspaper about a professional organizer. After reading the article, I knew that I had found the perfect business for me. I am naturally organized and knew I would enjoy it! Twenty-five years later and I am still enjoying it! I enjoy organizing, decluttering, downsizing, move management and creating systems. Starting Absoulute Organizing Solutions is a decision that I have never regretted!!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?

It has not been a smooth road. There has been a lot of lessons learned. Early in my business, my biggest struggle was understanding how much to charge for my organizing services, marketing my business, finding the right clients, growth and day-to-day decisions to name a few. I still continue to learn lessons.

Absoulute Organizing Solutions provides hands-on professional organizing, move management, packing and unpacking, clean-out and records management services. Our services include organizing personal or professional spaces, closets, storage areas, kitchens, offices, file/work rooms and more. We provide solutions for paper and workflow management, decluttering, filing systems, innovative storage solutions and customized solutions for increasing overall productivity and efficiency.
Our goal is to over-serve and support each client.
